Delete Your TheMumHub Account
We believe you should always be in control of your data. If you no longer wish to use TheMumHub, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the app.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to TheMumHub.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.
What happens when your account is deleted?
Once your account has been deleted:
- Your account will be permanently removed.
- Your personal profile information will be deleted.
- Your planner data will be deleted.
- Your family profiles, reminders, notes, shopping lists, meal plans and other personal content will be deleted.
- This action cannot be undone.
Data Retention
Some limited information relating to financial transactions or records may be retained where required by Australian law or for legal, accounting or fraud prevention purposes.
